Adults Only
Madly & Deeply products are intended for purchase and use by adults age 18 or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally permitted to purchase and possess the products ordered in your location.
Our products are intended for consensual adult use. Buyers are responsible for understanding how to use them safely and responsibly.
Handmade Products
Our wooden products are individually handcrafted from natural materials. Wood grain, color, figure, knots, mineral streaks, and other natural characteristics will vary from piece to piece.
Small variations in dimensions, engraving, shape, finish, and appearance are part of the handmade nature of our work and are not considered defects.
Product photographs represent the general appearance of an item but may not depict the exact piece you receive unless specifically stated.
Product Use & Safety
Impact implements and BDSM furniture can cause injury if used improperly. Always communicate clearly, establish consent and boundaries, and use appropriate judgment for the people involved.
Inspect implements, furniture, hardware, and other equipment before each use. Discontinue use if you notice cracking, splitting, loose hardware, excessive wear, or other damage.
Madly & Deeply cannot control how a product is used after purchase. The purchaser and users assume responsibility for determining whether a product and its use are appropriate for them.
Orders & Payment
Payment is due at the time an order is placed unless other arrangements have been made for custom work.
We reserve the right to cancel or decline an order when necessary, including orders involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable materials, or requests we cannot safely or reasonably fulfill. If we cancel a paid order, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Custom Work
We love custom projects and are happy to discuss modifications, engraving, wood selection, sizing, and original designs.
Custom and personalized products may require additional production time.
Once work has begun on a custom or personalized item, changes may not be possible. Custom-made, personalized, and engraved products are generally final sale unless the item arrives damaged or we made an error in fulfilling the agreed-upon design.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be happy with what you receive.
For eligible non-custom products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return or exchange.
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Because many of our products are intended for intimate or bodily use, used impact implements and other used intimate products cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and safety reasons.
Unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.
We will work with you to determine an appropriate replacement, repair, or refund.
Shipping
Processing times vary depending on the product and whether an item is in stock or made to order.
Shipping estimates provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Once a package has been transferred to the carrier, delays caused by weather, carrier operations, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control may occur.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address.
Privacy
We collect information necessary to operate our store, process orders, provide customer service, prevent fraud, and maintain our website.
Payment information is processed through our payment providers. Madly & Deeply does not intentionally sell customers’ personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Because discretion matters to many of our customers, we make reasonable efforts to handle customer and order information respectfully and confidentially.
Intellectual Property
Madly & Deeply product designs, original artwork, photographs, graphics, branding, written content, and other original materials remain the property of Madly & Deeply unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing a physical product does not transfer reproduction or commercial rights to the design or artwork.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Madly & Deeply is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, failure to inspect a product, use contrary to instructions, or activities undertaken without informed consent.
Nothing in these terms is intended to waive rights or protections that cannot legally be waived.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Policies periodically to reflect changes in our products, business practices, or legal requirements. The version published on this website at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction unless otherwise required by law.
