Handmade Takes Time

Every Madly & Deeply piece is made and finished by hand. Many items are produced specifically for your order rather than pulled from a warehouse shelf.

Our standard production window is up to 10 days from the date your order is placed. Your order will ship as soon as it is completed, often sooner.

The 10-day window is our production guarantee, not an estimate of shipping transit time. Once your piece is finished and packaged, it will be turned over to the carrier and tracking information will be provided when available.

Need It Sooner?

If you need an order for a specific date, event, birthday, trip, or other occasion, please contact us before ordering.

Depending on the item, materials on hand, and our current workload, we may be able to accommodate a faster turnaround. We would much rather discuss the deadline with you beforehand than promise something we cannot deliver.

Shipping

Orders are shipped after production is complete. Carrier delivery times begin after your order has been made and shipped.

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Custom Orders

Custom, personalized, and specially engraved pieces may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the project.

We will discuss any expected extended production time with you when arranging the custom order.

A Note From the Shop

These pieces are not mass-produced.

Wood is selected, cut, shaped, sanded, engraved, finished, and inspected before it leaves the shop. That takes a little time, and we believe the finished piece is worth it.

Made by hand. Shipped when it’s ready. Made to be used for years.
